Please read our terms before booking an apartment:

  • No pets allowed (sorry!).
  • The maximum number of guests is specified as per apartment.
  • Check-in time is set at 14:00 (just check with us if inconvenient).
  • Check-out time is 10:00 (just check with us if it is inconvenient for you)
  • Reservation fee is 15% (paid upfront as part of the total fee).
  • Reservation fee is lost if you decide not to come (if so, please let us know ASAP (nevertheless check with us for a possible refund).
  • Any damages would have to be paid for (nevertheless we do not ask for a deposit).
  • There is optional floor heating. (In such case the electricity cost will be charged prior to leaving the apartment)
  • You do not need to clean the apartment after it use.
